Next week I'm headed to the South Puget Sound here in Washington. On the agenda...hanging out with the in-laws, chilling with the kids, setting crab pots, hopefully catching a salmon or two and just enjoying the summer weather. Having your own yard and being able to convert it into an outdoor living space is one of the big advantages you'll only get with a detached house. As a Toronto real estate agent I think that is the one thing that can convince people to move to the urbs or buy a property further out of a town.
