Spokane Market Heating Up!
 
Here is a chart showing our Spokane Market Trends.  This chart reflects single family homes, including new construction in Spokane County.  As you can see we are certainly starting to see more closed sales! 
 
Once again, it amazes me that there are not more buyers coming into the marketplace.  If you are a buyer I would be watching interest rates, getting approved for a loan and looking for your new home.
 
Given the activity in our office I would imagine that June 2008 will continue the upward trend of Pended and Sold homes.  I spoke with one agent this morning who had 15 groups through her open house this weekend.
