Support That Makes a Real Impact

Giving back has always been a big part of who we are. For the past 40 years a portion of every Windermere agent’s commission has been donated to the Windermere Foundation to help homeless and low-income families, with an emphasis on helping children.

Since 1989, we have raised $46 million. This year we want to raise $4 million to reach our goal of $50 million raised in 50 years in honor of Windermere's 50th anniversary.

IN THE BEGINNING

Every Agent. One Mission. Countless Lives Changed.

In the early days of Windermere, giving back was pretty simple; we would see a need and help any way we could. But as we grew, we realized we could accomplish much more if we had a common purpose. That’s how the Windermere Foundation was born.

We started with an idea that would give every Windermere agent the ability to make a difference. Housing is our business, so helping homeless families seemed like a natural fit. We later expanded that to include low-income families, with an emphasis on helping children.

How We Made a Difference in 2024

Thanks to our incredibly generous network, the Windermere Foundation had a very successful year in 2024, distributing over $3.57 million and reaching $56 million in total donations. To recognize the extraordinary efforts throughout our network to support low-income and homeless families, we've released the 2024 Windermere Foundation Community Impact report.
